God has brought us a long way from the spring of 1990, when a handful of believers from the North Shore Christian Fellowship (NSCF) began praying about planting a church in Central Oahu. On July 15, 1990, those prayers were answered when CCCO held its first Sunday service at the Mililani YMCA. Since that time, we have met in four (4) different buildings and have grown into a healthy fellowship of believers that supports numerous missions around the world. Our founding pastor is Rick Irons, who previously served as an Assistant Pastor at NSCF for 10 years before coming to Mililani.

As we begin a “new era” of ministry, we realize God wants to do “exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think.” (Ephesians 3:20-21) Let’s “catch the vision” and step out in faith with one another regarding this new opportunity for a permanent facility.
Our new property will have a sanctuary with a seating capacity of 500 people. This will be a great opportunity to reach out to more in the Central Oahu areas. Our new facility will provide a permanent place to have church functions. This will allow us to meet new friends and to continue to build up the “Body Life” with those we have known for years. We want to encourage one another, exchange truths
from the Bible, and enjoy one another’s fellowship as we serve the Lord together.

The sanctuary will have a New Mother’s Nursing Room that will have an excellent view of the service and a wonderful sound system. State of the art sound and video areas have been designated to accommodate our growing ministries.
We will have designated classrooms for each of the Sunday School classes. Teachers will be able to create a welcoming and friendly environment where our children can grow into Godly men and women.

There will be a preschool that will have the capacity of enrolling 50 children. Our preschool will focus on a nurturing Christlike atmosphere centered on the truth and love of Jesus Christ. We plan to open an elementary school in the future which will have strong academics and solid Biblical teaching.

Our new facility will allow for family movie nights, men’s and women’s prayer breakfasts, hula classes, and more. We will be able to have classes on marriage, abstinence, boys and girls Bible studies, etc. We will be able to expand our Children’s Festival and continue our Women’s Christmas dinners and teas. We will open the Agape Pregnancy Center that will offer counseling services,
free pregnancy testing, and assistance to those who are in the midst of a crisis pregnancy.
